Technology Financial and Management Assessment

Project Description:

Vantage was selected to perform a comprehensive assessment of the University’s telephone systems and services, including the appropriateness of current technology, the financial performance of the systems and services, and the approach to system management.

In particular, the University wished to ensure that the services were being provided efficiently and in a cost effective manner, and that, in the longer term, the University was well positioned to take advantage of technological change.

The final report, presented to the Vice President for Information Technology, the Vice President for Finance, the Director of Auxiliary Services, and Director of Technology Support Services provided recommendations in regard to the efficiency, cost effectiveness, management, and possible enhancements to telephone services at Wesleyan.  At the direction of the Board of Trustees, the plan is being implemented.
